The original of this manuscript was mimeographed and handed to the leading brethren in June of 1930 during the 42nd General Conference Session of S.D.A. in San Francisco, California marking the arrival of the Loud Cry Message entitled The Shepherd’s Rod. It will make its printed debut to the general public in the Spring of 2026.
